HPAB is focused on the equine bedding market. The team is made up of senior business individuals that have experience in project management, finance, engineering oversight and with specific expertise in the equine/animal bedding and recycling market. We have sourced and partnered with international technology and manufacturing companies with a proven track record in wood shavings, drying, heating, separating and bagging, to deliver a system designed engineered to further de-risk this project.

 

Paul Cross, Head Designer of the HiPoint process ©. Mr. Cross was part of an early research team that spent over seven years designing and optimizing the HPAB process to develop a superior method to automate and recycle the total waste stream of horse bedding. Mr. Cross has written white papers on the return of the great equine manure crisis, methane off-gassing in horses, and has papered three patents. He has a career in strategic sales, marketing, business development, and company product due diligence, including IT, Communications, and the last decade in Clean Ag-Tech.

 

Patrick Hurst, President US C.Corp & Director - Long-term equestrian in Chicago and Florida. Past work includes becoming the head of Healthcare Houligan Lockey. Specializes in investment banking, corporate deal structures, business expansion and turn arounds including M&A. Funded and ran multiple businesses in health care, equestrian Hurst Farms, and more recently ACR owning a collection of over 50 classic American cars.

 

Peter Shubert The University of Purdue has Broad areas of experience that include semiconductor physics and processes, high-temperature materials, software engineering, hydrogen storage, and biomass gasification. Peter has 41 US Patents, 13 European Patents and has published over 100 technical papers. Peter's primary goal is to provide abundant, non-polluting, nearly-free energy to all mankind. Main research thrusts include space solar power, cislunar architecture, supporting technologies; hydrogen storage using porous silicon; and pyrolysis of agricultural residues. Peter designed and patented a gasification process that HiPoint is reviewing to use to define a JV company for their energy division and can train Gasification biochar syngas and hydrogen offtakes from stall residual waste.

 

Corry Smallegange, Chief Science Officer - President Florida LLC, has over 25 years of experience in the horse industry as well as an extensive background in medical research. Grand Prix rider and President & owner of Zomerkrim Farm (Ontario) and Zomerkrim Farm South (Florida) has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in the elite equine marketplace. Furthermore, her expertise in animal health which stems from a research career focusing on microvascular surgery in the Department of Pharmacology & Toxicology, provides unsurmountable credit to her profile.

 

Herb Larsen. Internal Engineering and owner of TASH Industrial Design Inc. TASH is a highly innovative mechanical design-engineering firm and manufacturer specializing in heavy industrial automated machinery and equipment. Herb enjoys an impeccable reputation for delivering internationally acclaimed specialized and automated equipment. He has merged imagination with computer-assisted design and engineering, resulting in reduced design-to-construction capital costs. Herb oversees HPAB automation & engineering.

 

Maxwell Minch.HiPoint US General council,  Attorney, IP specialist for HiPoitn technologies. Technician/Reactor Operator and Corporate Counsel experienced in developing innovative technologies, managing patent portfolios, counselling business clients on commercial and IP-related legal issues, counselling cross-functional groups to resolve strategic business issues of all sizes, and supporting clients with commercial contracts. Demonstrated leadership experience as a senior member of corporate governance, management committee, and company boards; effective communicator for the technical community (patents, patents pending, articles, training materials); experience with start-up companies

 

Chip Coulter Florida Sales & Marketing. Chip is a self-motivated technical promoter who has the remarkable ability to evolve technical marketing plans and implement them. He pioneered soil stabilization with recycled Type C fly ash to increase the bearing capacity of native soils. Spending most of his life at LaFarge, Chip turned his attention to the Waste transformation of horse stall residuals on returning to Florida in 2014.

 

Kamal Deep Energy Sector & owner of Solais, a US / India biomass technology manufacturing. Kamal has a strong background in software creation, automation, and more recently clean tech biomass to improve US technology cost structure through international trade relationships. A passion for Anaerobic Digestion biomass digestate and BioChar to improve the resale value of the animal manures wastestream.

 

Ken Clarke Chartered Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor with extensive experience of Internal Audit (IA), Risk Management, Capital Markets, and Strategic Initiatives. Private Equity, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, Research. Negotiating unique deal structures Conducts independent, objective evaluation of risk management practices, internal control, and corporate governance processes. Ken is contracted and advises HiPoint on strategic development and build-out of the European market and fundraising.

 

Tim Boucher Advisor. A bilingual Audit Executive with expertise assisting management in assessing and controlling risk and evaluating business processes for improvement through best practices. As a Chief Audit Executive for North America reporting to CEO and Audit Committees, Tim directed the development and execution of risk-based audit plans to address risk and satisfy multiple regulators and audit committees. Tim has established and directed the North American Internal Audit function for a Global Financial Services leader. Proficient in directing Financial, Operational, Forensic, Project, IT, and Compliance audits gained through over 30 years of external and internal audit experience in multi-unit, multi-country environments.

 

Wood PLC. The HPAB process has had a 3rd party review by environmental engineering firm Wood PLC formally Amec Foster Wheeler. Wood PLC, a multi-billion international engineering firm that continues to consult on Facility connectivity, providing site-specific oversight of the HPAB process system within the building. This 3rd party validation includes Facility site design, site engineering connectivity, and verification of the bedding system process flow. To protect against environmental concerns, their study states that the HiPoint recycling process will use low to no emissions without the use of Chemicals or Polymers, which can be harmful to horses and the environment.

 

RAM Consulting. As a leading multi-disciplinary firm, Ram completed extensive engineering reporting, budgeting, and planning for the largest Facility "The Shire" validating the viability and equipment for the build.
